§ 26-22. Schedule of bail bond rates.

Anything in this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, the council, in exercising its power to set fines for offenses subject to the jurisdiction of the municipal court, may from time to time approve by resolution a schedule of bail bond rates for all such offenses or for such portion of those offenses as council deems appropriate. All other bail bond rates not included in such schedule shall be determined as permitted by other applicable law.
